We want your Kaboom shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order:

Returns – General Products

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The Amount will be issued as store credit (no expiry).
Customized products and fragile items like mirrors are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your store credit will be issued within 2 business days.

Breakages or Transit Damages

We’ve got your back! Just follow these steps:

Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the damage (including packaging).
Contact us within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Keep all original packaging for reference.

You can choose between a replacement or store credit—whichever works best for you.

🔧 If only a part of the product is damaged (like a leg or panel), no need to return the whole item. Just reach out to us, and we’ll send you a replacement for the damaged part quickly and free of cost.

Replacements – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You can request a free replacement within 5 days if the item is:

Damaged during delivery
Has a manufacturing defect
Not what you ordered

Include:

2 images: one of the damage and one of the full product
A short video showing the issue

We’ll review and get back to you within 2–3 business days. If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.

Make sure to return the product in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and shipping labels.

Additional Notes

Store credit can be redeemed using the same email ID used for the return.
